Online payments
Make sure you are aware of the following information before you proceed to make a payment with the City.
- We accept Visa or Mastercard only
- Customers will have the option after making their payment to request a receipt to be emailed to them
- The City does not charge any additional processing fee
- Please note that the credit card transaction limit is AU$100,000 per day
- Please note that when paying a debtor invoice you must click ‘finalise’ after entering your payment details in order to ensure your payment is properly reconciled.
