Archived building plans are generally requested by real estate agents, prospective buyers, and homeowners who are looking to develop their property. In order to access archived plans, you are required to obtain written permission from the property owner.

For urgent matters or further assistance, please contact Development Services at development@stirling.wa.gov.au.

Completing your application

You’ll be required to upload your completed application form and make a payment. Please be advised that processing times can vary depending on what plans are requested and/or the volume of plans requested.
