A collaborative community offering coaching, training and networking to help local small business owners succeed and grow. Includes co-working, virtual offices, meeting and training rooms and communal areas that encourage interaction between tenants.

Many businesses can start at home, with benefits such as lower overheads and flexible hours. Some activities only need a notification to the City; others require approval depending on scale, signage, visitors, deliveries or equipment.
