Turn a simple walk into something more engaging with the City of Stirling’s Play Trails. Designed for families and curious explorers, these interactive outdoor experiences combine nature, discovery and a sense of fun across four of the City’s most scenic reserves, as well as one at Scarborough Beach.

Each trail invites you to explore at your own pace while uncovering stories about local landscapes, wildlife and ecosystems along the way.

The City of Stirling's Play Trails are located within five unique areas, each offering a different experience:

Explore the Scarborough Beach esplanade while learning about marine life, surf and skate culture and the stories behind the public art.

Follow the Oliver Seymour Boardwalk on a ‘creepy crawly’ Play Trail featuring insects, reptiles and spiders that help sustain the lake’s ecosystem.

Wander a peaceful lakeside trail to discover unique plants and trees, and interesting animals that make their nests and homes here.

Trigg Bushland Reserve

Trigg Bushland Reserve

Uncover unique flora and fauna and learn about indigenous uses of plants at this class-A reserve that was once a popular fishing and camping spot for Nyoongar people.
